I love lupins but when I try to grow them they just get eaten! By what I do not know!
Care MacADNski: I remember that in New Brunswick they would become covered in aphids but not here.

Three stages and all are beautiful. It must be something to have a lane full of changing beauty.
Care MacADNski: They are everywhere here as they are wildflowers. All the roadsides and ditches are filled . They are pulled out of fields and pastures that contain animals as they are poisonous.

I love this series - and we can see the development of the blooming - I had a similar idea about my hydrangea.
Care MacADNski: It is fun to follow Mother Nature's timetable. I adore flowers and spend a lot of time outdoors.
I always enjoy seeing these flowers.
Care MacADNski: Yes, the countryside is at it's best right now with these blooming wild in every ditch.

Oh lovely see the changes as the flowers develop.
Care MacADNski: I had early ones that lived through my attempt last year to rid a flower bed of them. It was weeks ahead of the others.
beautiful series of the Lupines as they bloom Care... we have some along our treeline.... and the ditches along the highway are full of them....petersmile
