The potato plants are filling out. Many fields are in bloom throughout the province but the field I have been following this year is a later variety.

There’s a good few spuds growing there.
Care MacADNski: This is about an eighth of this field and there is an even bigger one 500 meters away.
Pattern shots right on the doorstep, probably nearly ready for harvesting I guess.
Care MacADNski: They have to flower first, then grow. Potato farmers are desperate for rain, especiallr those who plant an early variety. This late variety has some time in the future for rain.
i can see the difference from the larger plants Care.... you have showed is so many fields that are in strait rows but i like this angle....petersmile
Care MacADNski: They are in bloom now but three days ago were just starting. If we get rain tonight, I will take photos tomorrow.
Love those lines / rows!
Enjoyed the music!!
Care MacADNski: If we get rain tonight, I will take photos tomorrow as this field is now in flower.

You probably know this band and song. I love them and they show up all the time on my YouTube feed.
