Graveyard Finds

I made this post before any inkling of being in hospital.

"C" seems like a fine Epitaph, ey!
Care MacADNski: I know! Mysterious...
Interesting patterns in the snow!
An ominous post given the circumstances! But you're here to tell us about it and I am certainly glad for that. I used to listen to that song at full volume!
Care MacADNski: That is not snow at all, but marble from a gravestone. It does look like dirty snow though.

I love this album and still play songs from it.

You didn't know you were going to hospital?
Care MacADNski: No! I accepted a cancellation in the OR. I had 30 minutes to decide and had to be at the hospital within and hour and a half. The surgery was the following day, one week exactly - two hours from now.
Are you OK now?
Care MacADNski: I am doing very well! I have to walk around looking for canes and the walker because I forget where I left them. I went to a hair salon yesterday to get my hair washed.

I do like that pattern.
Care MacADNski: It is a slab of marble. I love it.
I'm not sure about the top shot Care but I find the lower one very interesting. I'm assuming your Hip Replacement wasn't pre-planned.
Care MacADNski: It was planned but for much later in the year. There was a cancellation though! Lucky me!

So good that it is over and behind you, and you have come through well
Care MacADNski: I am very pleased that it came when it did, especially during this situation of everyone else staying at home too.
good to see your posts coming, Care. and i looking forward to seeing your future posts from the time you are out and about.
Care MacADNski: I left hospital on Sunday. With help from my son, I am now situated quite well at home. He does various chores for me each day.

So sorry t hear that you have been in hospital. Ot sounds like an elective procedure though so hopefully nothing requiring drastic action. All routine surgery in the UK had been cancelled from mid-April.
Care MacADNski: I have a brand new hip, Alan! The old one gave me pain since my teens and that pain is GONE!
i like the pattern in marble Care... i didn't know that you were in the hospital and i'm sure that your new hip will heal quickly... just remember... keep on moving...
i did a lot of physiotherapy when i had my knee replacement...
i hope that they will have someplace for you to go to get it outside of the hospitals....petersmile
Care MacADNski: I go to the ortho clinic on Tues for removal of staples and further instruction. I do plan to walk a lot.
